iPhone 5 vs. Samsung Galaxy S3: Galaxy S3 Will Have More Carriers This Fall

The upcoming fall will make purchase decisions hard for consumers. More tablets and capable smartphones will be on the market than ever before, and one of the key launches everybody has their eyes on is the iPhone 5. If you're one of those trying to decide whether to purchase the now-popular Android-running Samsung Galaxy S3 or wait for the Apple iPhone 5, then the decision may come down to carriers for you. To begin with, the Samsung Galaxy S3 is currently sold through AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, and U.S. Cellular. The Galaxy S3 launched to an incredibly high level of demand, which prompted carriers like AT&T and Sprint to delay in-store launches. But once July came around, supply stocks caught up, and all five carriers listed above offered the smartphone for sale. The iPhone 5, on the other hand, won't enjoy such a large launch. There has been no official acknowledgement of the existence of a next-gen iPhone from Apple, but at the moment it's safe to say that At&T, Verizon, and Sprint will be the three carriers selling the iPhone 5 at launch. AT&T and Verizon have both announced vacation blackout dates between September 21-30, signaling a huge product launch is ahead, just around the time the iPhone 5 is expected to be released. Sprint began discounting the iPhone 4S, which may signal that the carrier is keen on getting rid of existing 4S inventories in order to make space for the iPhone 5. Sprint also offered the iPhone 4S at launch along with AT&T and Verizon. T-Mobile has made it clear that they will not not have the iPhone 5 immediately, stating design conflicts with its network. Leaked company memos also show that T-Mobile is specifically telling its employees to sell 'against' the iPhone soon.Keep in mind that unlocked iPhones work on T-Mobile's network, so once an unlocked iPhone 5 comes around, T-Mobile consumers should probably be able to hop on their network with them. U.S. Cellular will likely not be able to get its hands on initial shipments of the iPhone 5 due to the ridiculous amount of demand the bigger three national carriers will face. Apple does also charge a high subsidy on the phone, which could deter smaller carriers from aggressively carrying the iPhone in the beginning. 。 wholesale accessories, ipad accessories, ipod accessories, iphone accessories

iPhone 5 vs Samsung Galaxy Note 2: Buyers choice

Smartphone consumers are increasingly becoming spoilt for choice when it comes to getting a new handset. We have just seen the latest flagship device revealed by Samsung and in the coming weeks Apple is expected to announce their latest version of the iPhone, and when it comes to comparing the iPhone 5 with the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 it is certainly a buyer’s choice.
Samsung has already announced the Galaxy Note 2 with its lovely big 5.5-inch HD Super AMOLED display, and speculation in recent months has hinted that the iPhone 5 will have a taller 4-inch display. There will be smartphone users who will love the screen size of the Note 2, but there will be others who will find it too big and may prefer the size that the next iPhone may offer. The Galaxy Note 2 is powered by a 1.6GHz Exynos quad-core processor with a nice big 3,100 mAh battery pack providing the power, while there has been talk of the iPhone 5 also joining the quad core party when it is released. Some iPhone 4/4S users have complained about the battery life of their device, and previously some leaked patents had suggested that Apple were looking at new battery pack ideas that may arrive in time for the next handset. Perspective owners of the Galaxy Note 2 have the choice of 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB storage options, which can then be expanded by up to another 64GB via a microSD card, while current owners of the Apple iPhone have never enjoyed such an option. Camera wise the Galaxy Note 2 has been treated to an eight megapixel sensor for its main shooter on the back, while on the front there is a 1.9 megapixel unit, while the current iPhone also has an eight megapixel unit. Rumours recently have suggested that the iPhone 5 camera may still be eight megapixels but allow users to take 3D images, but this remains to be seen. There is also the new improved S-Pen that comes with the Galaxy Note 2 that provides users with a range of new ways to interact with the smartphone and its content, and we will have to wait until Apple showcases the iPhone 5 for any new innovative features it may have. Samsung have revealed that the Galaxy Note 2 will be released in October in certain European regions, but have so far not given a more specific date for the handsets release in the US. This could play into Apple’s hands as you would have thought by then the iPhone 5 will have been released to most regions around the world, but it will also benefit consumers that will want to see what the iPhone 5 is like before committing to a new two year contract for either handset. A lot of consumers decisions will come down to personal choice and whether they need a smartphone with a screen the size of the Galaxy Note 2, but unless Apple really pulls something special out of the back in the coming weeks, more will be picking the Galaxy Note 2. 。 wholesale accessories, ipad accessories, ipod accessories, iphone accessories

Samsung Galaxy Player 5.8 Vs. 2012 iPod Touch Vs. Google Nexus 7 – No Real Contest

Those awaiting confirmation of the 2012 iPod Touch release date from Apple have this week been thrown a rather temptingalternative option – the new Samsung Galaxy Player 5.8. Available with a range of screen sizes between 3.6-inches and 5-inches, the new Galaxy Player certainly seems to have what it takes to stand up against the iPod Touch. Give the Galaxy Player 5.8 a passing glance and chances are you’d think it was a Samsung Galaxy S3 – which is of course hardly a bad thing. Screen sizes and dimensions are however slightly different and you certainly won’t be creditedwith the same pixel density as the S3 Smartphone – certainly not the iPhone 4S Retina display. Galaxy Player 5.8 buyers will find Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich behind the driving seat with the usual TouchWiz interface from Samsung. 32GB and 16GB variants are available – both with 1GB of RAM and microSD slot for further storage. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth round off what is undoubtedly a superb package, which is expected to start from about $200 to $250. However – and sadly it is a rather big however – all of the above is missing at least one or two key ingredients likely to ruin the Galaxy Player 5.8’s chances of competing at the highest levels. For one thing, the Galaxy Player 5.8 falls short of the iPod Touch experience by failing to feature a rear-mounted camera – immediately limiting both functionality and use of hundreds of popular Apps. What’s more, rumor has it that the 2012 iPod Touch release date will bring Apple’s first series of media players with optional 3G – low-calorie iPhones, if you will. And finally, if the $200-ish pricing point for the entry-level Galaxy Player 5.8 proves accurate, buyers will be forced to choose between a rather limited media player and the colossal Google Nexus 7 – also starting from $200. The time has come for a media player to break the mold in order to survive – the SamsungGalaxy Player 5.8 is truly great, but sadly that’s as far as it goes. sex gadget, sex toy, adult toy

Samsung Galaxy Note 2 vs Apple iPhone 5, A Rumor War

Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Apple iPhone 5, both have their release and launch dates in the coming few weeks and believe it or not, both have seen more than enough rumors and speculations for us to do a full on comparison between both of these yet to be released successors of their respective series. Physical Features Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Apple iPhone 5, both differ way too much in terms of size, weight and width. Leaks suggest that the Note’s successor will even surpass the original Note and will come with a 5.5 inch display which means that you will probably see even bigger “tablet” which surely, would be big enough that neither it could be operated with one hand nor it could be adjusted in your pocket comfortably. As for the iPhone 5, there have been many leaked pictures suggesting that the next gen iPhone would also possess a larger 4.0 inch screen and a little taller yet of same width panel which means that the iPhone 5 would have more or less, the dimensions of the iPhone 4S. Display As stated earlier, currently the rumor has it that the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 would be coming with a monstrous 5.5-inch Super AMOLED HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720(pixel density~267ppi) which for those keeping scores at home is the same type of display as used in the Samsung Galaxy S3, but of course, in a smaller size. The Apple iPhone 5 on the other hand, has seen leaks which are more than enough to confirm that it would be coming with a 4 inch display which may or not come with the famous retina display. However, seeing the competition, it most probably will. Processor Samsung Galaxy Note 2′s processor is yet to have a confirmation but currently bloggers and tech pundits from all around the world are speculating that either the latest addition to the Note family will be coming with a 2GHz proprietary Exynos 5250 quad-core chip or a 1.6 GHz quad-core Exynos 4412 chipset. Just like the former, the iPhone 5 is also yet to have its processor confirmed. However, seeing how Apple has done away with the past iPhones, currently the safest bet is that the next gen iPhone would be coming with the same A5X Dual-core 1 GHz Cortex-A9 processor which was seen in the new iPad. There are also some rumors going around, that Apple foreseeing the competition might even end up in putting a quad core heart in the yet to be released iPhone. Other Tech Specs Samsung Galaxy Note 2 just like most of the latest Galaxy members would definitely come with NFC and 4G connectivity and it is being rumored that it will also come with a 12MP rear camera, at least 16GB of internal memory with more storage options available and the choice of using a microSD card up to 64GB, 1 or 2GB RAM and since it has quite some time since Jelly Bean made its debut, the Note’s successor might also come with the latest Android OS. Apple iPhone 5 tech specs are also based on rumors and speculations, but here is how the list goes. 4G LTE connectivity(since the new iPad has it, the next iPhone is bound to have LTE), NFC, at least an 8 MP rear camera and an improved front camera(the iPhone 4S front camera is terrible), at least 16 GB of internal storage which as usual can’t be increased through a microSD card slot, 1GB of RAM and most probably iOS 6. wholesale accessories, iphone accessories, ipod accessories, ipad accessories

Apple iPhone 4S vs iPhone 5 comparison review

The iPhone 4S is a hugely popular smartphone, but rumours about the iPhone 5 have been gathering speed for some time now, so here we place the known specs of the iPhone 4S next to the rumoured specs of the iPhone 5 in a comparison review. We will of course update this article as soon as Apple publishes the full specs of the iPhone 5, but until then we will be feeding off the scraps of Apple's infamous 'leaks', and the murky world of iPhone 5 rumours. See also iPhone 5 release date, specs and rumour round-up. With that, we advise those of you looking for a concrete comparison of official iPhone 4S vs iPhone 5 specs to wait until Apple unveils the iPhone 5, because definitive information will not be available until then. To find out when that iPhone 5 launch date will be, take a look at our iPhone 5 release date, specs and rumour round-up. VisitGroup test: What's the best smartphone? So here it is, the iPhone 4S vs iPhone 5 comparison review… based on rumours, leaks and – where possible - expert insight. See also Samsung Galaxy S3 vs Apple iPhone 5 comparison review. iPhone 4S vs iPhone 5 comparison review: Design The IPhone's size hasn't changed much at all really. The first iPhone started off measuring in at (HxWxD) 115x61x11.6mm and weighing 135g back in June 2007. Four-and-a-bit years later and Apple's iPhone 4S is still largely the same measuring 115.2x58.66x9.3mm and weighing 140g. During this time of nuanced change, Apple has kept the screen size of all iPhone generations the same, at 3.5-inches. The reason for this is so all the iPhone's built-in software and apps will run as seamlessly as possible across all versions of the iPhone. This pattern strongly suggests that the iPhone 5 will follow suit and Apple will design the iPhone 5 around a 3.5-inch screen, to keep continuity and apps running smoothly. That said, the signs are there to suggest that new Apple CEO Tim Cook isn't afraid of changing his flagship products' dimensions, as the 7-inch iPad mini is touted to appear soon. See iPad mini 'confirmed' October release date. Finally the rumour mills unanimously suggest that the iPhone 5 will follow in the footsteps of its Android rivals the Samsung Galaxy S3 and HTC One X by having a larger screen. What holds back the rumours of a bigger screen on the iPhone 5 is that there is a lack of unity about what screen size the next-generation Applesmartphone will be. With sources and leaks quoting screen sizes that range from 4-inches to 5-inches. However, one rumour that looks relatively sound and feasible is the 4in-screen iPhone 5 display photographs that have been leaked. One thing seems certain: whatever screen size the new iPhone 5 has, it will probably be Retina quality. iPhone 4S vs iPhone 5 comparison review: Processor The iPhone 4S uses a dual-core Apple A5 chip, this doubled the iPhone's (on paper) on-the-fly processing capabilities from the single core A4 chip found in the iPhone 4. Based on previous chips that Apple has used, it is PC Advisor's opinion that the iPhone 5 should have an A6 processor which could well be quad-core (which would double its processing capability again). However Apple could opt to use the A5X chip found in the new iPad which is dual-core with quad-core graphics. It’s worth pointing out that dual-core processors don’t offer twice the processing power of single-core chips, but they can work on two processes at the same time. This increases the speed of your device when it is multi-tasking. iPhone 4S vs iPhone 5 comparison review: Storage Apple has always made its iPhones available to buy in a few different storage sizes. The iPhone 4S is currently available with 16GB, 32GB or 64GB of storage. You can expect more of the same from Apple with the iPhone 5 in terms of choosing a storage size that suits you, but expect the sizes to increase - some rumours are suggesting that the next gen iPhone will expand up to a 128GB model. One possible rumour that has cropped up a few times is that the new Apple iPhone will have expandable memory in the form or something similar to an SD slot. It is our opinion that this will not be the case, instead we see the role of Apple's iCloud being even more integrated with the iPhone 5 and iOS 6, therefore solving the extra storage dilemma. Watch this space. iPhone 4S vs iPhone 5 comparison review: Camera The cameraphone arms race has slowed down a bit of late. Gone are the days when phone manufacturers would worry only about how many megapixels they could boast about on a smartphone's box, today it's all about quality. That said, the iPhone 4S' 8MP rear camera has always been well received in terms of its picture and video recording quality, therefor the need to improve the iPhone's camera will be considerably down Apple's list of priorities for iPhone 5 improved specs. One rumour that has caught our attention is the 'iPhone 5 will have a multi-point camera focusing system'. Sounds confusing, doesn't it? This rumour developed due to Apple being awarded a patent for a multi-point camera focusing systems and, according to the website that broke this story, the patent "describes a system that lets the user of a camera-equipped device select two or more areas of focus on a touchscreen which, when a picture is taken, are passed through a dedicated image processor to produce optimal sharpness and exposure for both regions." If you're still confused, go to the article iPhone 5 will have "multi-point camera focusing system" to find out more. iPhone 4S vs iPhone 5 comparison review: Software The massive success of the iPhone has been down to the quality of its software as much as it has been about the quality of its hardware, perhaps even more so. Apple's iOS works flawlessly and has caught the imagination of the public and app developers alike. The iPhone 4S currently runs the iOS 5 operating system, complete with Siri and iCloud access. The all-but-confirmed Autumn launch of the iPhone 5 is perfectly aligned with the actually confirmed Autumn launch of iOS 6, heavily suggesting the iPhone 5 will run the iOS 6 operating system. The OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion upgrade has already made Apple's intentions to create cross-platform operation more seamless, so you can definitely expect the iPhone 5's software to be more 'connected' to your other Apple devices. To find out more about iOS 6 and what we expect the iPhone 5's software to be like take a look at our iOS 6 preview. wholesale accessories, ipod accessories, ipad accessories, iphone accessories

Will The Galaxy S3 Still Be Superior to the iPhone 5?

Try as Apple might, its so-called “new iPhone” or “iPhone 5” will still be playing second fiddle to the Samsung Galaxy S3. We are, of course, basing this opinion on what we have heard about the new iPhone, and we’re not passing judgment yet on the device. But assuming the new iPhone is what the rumors suggest it will be, then the Galaxy S3 still has it beat.
Photo credit: Martin Hajek The Samsung Galaxy S3 will still, at the end of the day, have a far larger screen than the iPhone 5. At 4.8 inches, the Galaxy S3 has the largest screen among all smartphones (not counting “phablets” like the Galaxy Note), and even at 4 inches, the new iPhone 5 won’t hold a candle. It will also, most likely have a far more powerful battery at 2,100 mAh. Come on now, Apple, 10 mAh improvement on the new iPhone’s battery? That will still make it about two thirds as powerful as the Galaxy S3’s battery, assuming the rumors regarding the battery are correct. The jury is still out on iOS 6, which we still don’t know much about, but Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich and Samsung’s own special features truly set it apart from the rest of the competition. S Voice may not be Siri, but think about S Beam and all those other neat extras that have helped the Galaxy S3 stand out. If the new iPhone will come with 4G LTE and NFC, two of our favorite acronyms, that would make both devices even in that regard, but the way we see it, that large screen and the high-quality graphics that come with it and the bigger battery make the Galaxy S3 a clear winner as of now. 。 sex gadget, sex toy, adult toy

Samsung Galaxy S3 vs iPhone 4s: What the Fans and Consumers Are Saying

The Inquirer recently posted an article comparing the iPhone 4s to the Samsung Galaxy 3. The article looked at the following features: Design & Build, Performance, Operating System & Software, Camera, Connectivity and Battery & Storage. In terms of which is the better phone, the article deemed the competition a tie. The author noted that while the Galaxy S3 might beat out the iPhone 4s in most categories, the author of the review maintains that "the iPhone 4s is simply much more of a pleasure to use from day to day." Inquirer readers seem to disagree. Following are comments that were posted in response to the article: - "After using my new [Galaxy] S3 for only an hour, the iPhone seemed like ancient technology. Like a heavy brick of ancient technology." - "The screen size of the iPhone [4s] makes typos constant. And autocorrect is horrid. Siri is a mess and if there is any ambient sound it goes way off track." - "Without a doubt the [Galaxy] S3 is more powerful and looks sleeker than the iPhone 4s, also the wider screen means that it's great for watching movies and TV." - "Don't get me wrong - I do like the iPhone[4s] because it is a nice phone, but other than that when it comes to specs, processor, screen and everything else the [Galaxy] S3 is way better." - "iPhones are just iPod touches with an extra antenna basically. If you want a real phone get the Galaxy S3." Obviously this particular fan base is pro-Galaxy S3. However, some readers are holding out for the iPhone 5 in the hopes that Apple will produce a superior cell phone sometime in September. Here's hoping: - "There is no comparison between these two phones. At least wait until the iPhone 5 comes out and then there might be something to compare." - "It is interesting to see how well the 4s holds up given the time it has been on the market. Let's see what the iPhone 5 brings and how that compares." - "Until the next generation iPhone 5 comes out, the iPhone 4s has nothing on the [Galaxy] S3." In terms of consumer preferences, it's clear that currently the Galaxy S3 beats out the iPhone 4s nine times out of ten. Once the iPhone 5 comes out, however, things may turn around and it could be anybody's ball game. 。 wholesale accessories, ipod accessories, ipad accessories, iphone accessories
