Samsung Galaxy S3 vs iPhone 5: Can Apple Reach For The Stars?

Apple have just beaten Samsung in the courts over patent infringements, and with the rumored release of the iPhone 5 being just weeks away could they be set to win again in stores by knocking the Samsung Galaxy S3 off the top spot for the best smartphone of 2012. Comparing the two handsets is difficult of course as the iPhone 5 has yet to be released and the specs are unknown. However there has been plenty of rumors going around and so we can use these until something more solid comes about. Samsung Galaxy S3 vs iPhone 5 The iPhone 5 may be coming with a larger screen of 4 inches and it may have a resolution of 1136 x 640. However the Samsung Galaxy S3 has a large 4.8 inch display of 1280 x 720 and this is something that Apple will not be able to beat. It is thought that when the iPhone 5 is released it will run iOS 6. This means that Siri will be updated, as will Facebook integration, Twitter and the new Passbook app. However the Samsung Galaxy S3 is not feature-less either as it has a ton of S-apps alongside more coming with Android 4.1 Jelly Bean in a couple of weeks (Project Butter, Google Now, etc). Hence the winner will be determined by which OS you feel more comfortable with. It is thought that the battery of the iPhone 5 will be 1440mAh, but the Samsung Galaxy S3 has a battery of 2100mAh. If the iPhone 5 has the rumored LTE then quite likely the S3 would be the winner as the battery of the iPhone 5 would face major draw from LTE. Furthermore, the iPhone 5 battery is non-removable. We cannot match the processors as not much has been said about the one in the next generation iPhone 5. It is likely that the phones will be around the same for power since Samsung is known to build the processors for Apple’s devices and the last rumors put the iPhone 5 with a quad-core chipset. The iPhone 5 is said to have a new dock connector and this means that any existing accessories will not work with it, unless Apple release an adapter. Samsung on the other hand still have the same connectors they have always had and so it comes out as the winner. Both the Samsung Galaxy S3 and iPhone 5 are believed to come with 8MP cameras and NFC. Which is the best handset will come down to personal preference of course since both smartphones have their own set of strong points that can’t be matched. There will always be diehard fans of each handset who will swear that theirs is the best. For now we have to wait a few more weeks for the release of the iPhone 5 to see what Apple have done with it and for now the Samsung Galaxy S3 is truly out of this world as its name suggests. wholesale accessories, iphone accessories, ipod accessories, ipad accessories

iPhone 5 release date sparks lower iPhone 4S sales

As the launch of Apple’s next smartphone approaches, a decline in sales of the iPhone 4S has been noted.
The Cupertino company is releasing its earnings report on Tuesday and market watchers expect to hear that the iPhone 4S was less successful on the market than it did in the previous quarter. This is explained by the fact that customers are getting ready to upgrade to the new iPhone 5, rumored to be release this fall. A recent survey made by ChangeWave has shown that the iPhone 5 is more popular than the previous model. 14% of those who were questioned in the poll say that there is a good chance that the next iPhone will be their future smartphone, 17% say that they are somewhat likely to purchase the device, 59% are unlikely to get an iPhone and 9% haven’t decided yet. In addition, a French website, App4phone.fr, claims that Apple has offered accessory makers in China details about a September 21st launch date. 。 wholesale accessories, iphone accessories, ipad accessories, ipad accessories

Amazon phone should target Samsung Galaxy Note 2

Earlier on this week we informed you about exciting rumors suggesting Amazon were planning to release a smartphone to compete with the upcoming iPhone 5 and already available Samsung Galaxy S3.
Now some additional details have arrived and they come from the Wall Street Journal, who back up Bloomberg’s initial report with some even more juicy gossip. It looks like the Amazon phone is indeed a reality, but now we’re hearing that the target for Amazon may not be to compete with the iPhone 5 and Galaxy S3, but perhaps Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy Note 2phablet instead. The WSJ and their infamous unnamed sources have said that Amazon is already testing their smartphone with suppliers over in Asia but more exciting, the device is meant to be 4-5 inches in size. That would automatically put it in the realms of a phablet device along side the Galaxy Note which currently measures in at 5.3-inches. Considering how well their 7-inch Kindle Fire tablet has performed, perhaps Amazon sees a smaller version of that but with call making abilties an ideal way to eat into the smartphone market share. There’s no doubt that a bit of phablet competition with the Note and soon to be Note 2 would be of great interest to consumers, but the key aspect will be price and just how much Amazon are prepared to charge, knowing that their Kindle Fire is already great value at $199. Then again, maybe we’re reading too much into this. Amazon may just opt for a standard 4-inch size alongside the crop of Android devices, but we would definitely prefer an alternative to the Galaxy Note 2. Samsung seems to have create something of a niche product with the Note and at the moment there doesn’t appear to be any top competition. Imagine an Amazon phablet with similar functionality to the Note 2, but maintaining that $199 price. Surely that is going to be an attraction for you if it becomes a head to head battle with the Note 2. Let us know your thoughts on this and whether you would prefer a 4-inch standard smartphone from Amazon, or a 5.xx inch phablet to compete with the Note. 。 wholesale accessories, ipad accessories, ipod accessories, iphone accessories

Amazon smartphone screen may measure between 4-5 inches

Afew days ago, it was reported that Amazon may be working on a smartphone that would compete directly with Apple’s iPhone and would run on Google's Android operating system. As per a recent report by The Wall Street Journal, it appears that Amazon is taking these plans forward and is already working with component suppliers in Asia to test a smartphone, and in the process, expand on their mobile device offerings.
Amazon's new phone could measure between 4 to 5-inches The report stated, “Officials at some of Amazon's parts suppliers, who declined to be named, said the Seattle-based company is testing a smartphone and mass production of the new device may start late this year or early next year.” Commenting on the size of the new phone's display, the report adds, “One person said the screen of Amazon's smartphone currently being tested measures between four and five inches.” It is expected that Apple will increase the display size of the iPhone from 3.5-inches to 4-inches and if Amazon does launch a handset with a 4-inch screen, it would not only compete with the Apple iPhone but also with the Samsung Galaxy S III and the HTC One X, both of which feature a display measuring over 4.5-inches. “A smartphone from Amazon would spur more competition in the already crowded market. While Apple’s iPhone and Samsung Electronics Co.'s Galaxy handsets continue to dominate the lucrative high-end segment, the overall smartphone market is expanding rapidly with many players offering new models that are diverse in terms of sizes, technological features and prices,” the report reads. Chinese mobile manufacturer Foxconn International Holdings Ltd. is working with Amazon for building this handset and Amazon is seeking to complement the smartphone strategy by acquiring patents that cover wireless technology and would help it defend against allegations of infringement. This is not the first time that Amazon has sought to enter Apple’s market, as last year, the brand successfully launched their Kindle Fire. This tablet was the only tablet that managed to pose a threat to Apple’s dominance in the tablet market. A lot of talk is surrounding the launch of theKindle Fire 2, with reports suggesting that the tablet will have better integrated lighting and more hardware improvements. No details about the processor and the other specs have been revealed yet. When it was first launched, the Kindle Fire was touted by many as the 'iPad Killer', primarily because of the price tag that came attached. The Kindle Fire faced tough competition from the Barnes & Noble Nook tablet, but the competition is going to be even more massive this time if the pricing of the Fire 2 and the Nexus 7 is going to be similar. Amazon may also announce Kindle Touch, which will be at a lower price point. What this means is that ‘low-budget but non-performing’ tablets will soon be phased out as the world shifts focus to good quality products selling at ultra-low prices. 。 wholesale accessories, ipod accessories, ipad accessories, iphone accessories

Amazon’s New Smartphone In Testing

Last week we heard a rumor that Amazon were working on their own smartphone to rival Apple’s iPhone, and now according to a recent report by the WSJ, Amazon’s are currently testing out their new smartphone. According to the WSJ the new smartphone is being tested with Amazon’s manufacturing partner, which we previously hear was Foxconn, and the device is expected to go into mass production either by the end of this year or early next year.
The device is reported to feature either a 4 or a 5 inch display, and it will probably run a modified version of Google’s Android OS, just like the Kindle Fire tablet. It will be interesting to see what Amazon comes up with, we suspect the device will be priced competitively like the Kindle Fire tablet, as soon as we get some more information we will let you guys know. 。 wholesale accessories, ipod accessories, iphone accessories, ipad accessories

iPhone 5 release date, Apple unstoppable? Nokia and Motorola sell high-end “in mid-range”

Additional reporting by Carlo Raphael Diokno. Apart from the new smartphone, Milunovich joining others, say that Apple will also launch a new TV set. iPhone 5 rumors suggest that the iPhone 5 will get a mid October release date. If accurate, a new Nexus phone, or a set of Nexus phones according toWall Street Journal, will arrive first and will go on sale through Google’s Play Store, a week or a month ahead of the iPhone 5. A very bold statement right? Well, one thing is for sure, Apple’s biggest smartphone rival is still Google and a few Android phone makers, Samsung is worth noting. Motorola and HTC can also compete with Apple this year despite steep slide in number of sales possibly by using the new Android Jelly Bean mobile operating system. Speaking of Apple, a new report quoting an IT Hardware analyst is suggesting that Apple is building a big empire that will not only invade the consumer market, but also the “enterprise as well.” According to UBS IT Hardware analyst Steve Milunovich, as reported by Barron’s, tech giant Apple is building an empire, and this year, the iPhone 5 will be unstoppable and “no one can leapfrog” the company because “none has the brand and scale the company possesses.” Apple building an empire? iPhone 5 release date unstoppable? Android Jelly Bean comes with new features like Google Now, the so-called Siri-killer, smoother UI thanks to Google’s “Project Butter,” and other improvements. Google is selling the unlocked Samsung Galaxy Nexus online for $349.00, undercutting the unlocked iPhone 4S of Apple. Yes, Lifehacker is spot on. The Nexus phone is the only solution if you hate the so-called Android fragmentation. Today, Google released its new Android Jelly Bean mobile operating system to HSPA+ version of the Samsung Galaxy Nexus, the 2011 Android Nexus phone that the company launched last year alongside the Android Ice Cream Sandwich. Android’s Nexus branch is faster when it comes to update, months ahead of popular phones like the Samsung Galaxy S3 or the HTC One X But if we’re going to compare the Atrix HD LTE to iPhone 4S or even the iPhone 5? AT&T is currently selling its iPhone 4S on the $200 level, but the company also offers cheaper iPhones like the 8GB iPhone sporting the same $99.99 price on contract. It is worth noting that the Atrix HD supports the faster Long Term Evolution network, while the iPhone 4 is running on AT&T’s “3G network.” According to Venture Beat, the new phone will steal customers away from the Lumia 900 because it “is half of what you’d expect it to cost.” Comparing an Android smartphone and a Windows Phone device is like comparing a city and a municipality, Android’s backyard filled with premium apps already while Windows Phone struggle with apps due to lackluster app development from top app makers. Compared to the iPhone 4S, the new Atrix is an inch bigger (diagonally) and sports a dual-core CPU too with 8-megapixel back-facing camera, Android Ice Cream Sandwich operating system upgradeable to Jelly Bean “soon” and Motorola’s own SmartActions app that will help a user to maximise the battery life and access settings and features faster. Nokia Lumia 900 is facing a strong rival that will arrive mid-July with Android in tow. Meet the new Motorola Atrix HD LTE, the latest Android-based handset of Google’s Motorola Mobility. The device will sport the tag price of $99.99 only on 2-year contract agreement with AT&T, vying with Nokia Lumia 900′s aggressive $99 price point while undercutting the Samsung Galaxy S3 and the iPhone 4S and their $199.99 pricing. Nokia vs Motorola in the AT&T LTE world, sell high-end phones in mid-range category, both target the iPhone. The smartphone market still one of the lucrative tech markets, but Apple will reach the top unopposed? Plus, Motorola unveils a new smartphone with an advanced version of Android, wants to kill-off the Nokia Lumia 900. Also, one IT analyst suggests that the iPhone 5, reportedly launching in October, has no killer and no company can “leapfrog” it. One analyst said Apple is building an empire, adding that “no competitor can leapfrog” the iPhone 5. Plus, Nokia and Motorola vie for mid-range category whilst selling high-end phones. Also, Android’s Nexus “league” update faster than other brands. 。 sex toy,sex gadget, adult toy

IOS 6.0 & android 4.0 ICS, Windows Phone 8 in that order for best mobile OS

We all have our own preference of mobile operating systems and this is a subject that really divides our readers sharply. Today we have news about a recent poll asking which was the best mobile OS and Android 4.0 topped the poll followed by Windows Phone 8 and iOS 6 in that order. Of course as two of these operating systems haven’t even been publicly released yet we wonder how you feel about these results. Many of you will already know that Google’s Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich (ICS) launched late last year and is still being slowly rolled out to devices running earlier Android operating systems. The amount of time this is taking has caused a certain amount of consternation amongst Android users, though it seems the benefits of 4.0 ICS are such that it still managed to come out on top. The two other mobile systems have been widely reported on recently as many details have just been revealed about both Microsoft’s Windows Phone 8 and Apple’s iOS 6, both due for a public release in the fall, so it’s fair to say that many people have a reasonable idea of what is expected. Before we give you the results of the poll we are going to say straight away that it was an informal poll conducted byPhone Arena with its readership. We cannot tell from the results whether Nokia’s Symbian, or RIM’s BlackBerry were included in the original question but as they received no votes at all according to the results, we imagine that readers were simply asked to choose between Android 4.0, Windows Phone 8 and iOS 6. We would also point out that maybe comparing an OS that is already widely available against two that are not is also a slightly skewed idea but nevertheless we found the results interesting enough to share with you. In the Phones Arena poll with over 5000 respondents the winning mobile OS was Android receiving 48.62% of the vote. We would have expected either Android or iOS to top the poll, such is the split between our readership on these two operating systems, so you can imagine our shock/surprise to see that Windows Phone 8 came second in the Phone Arena poll results with 40.88% of the vote. iOS 6 trailed in third with only 10.6% of the vote. Given the recent statistics we reported on the market share of the top smartphone platforms these results seem even more unlikely, (though we’re not for one moment suggesting that Phone Arena has made a mistake). In that earlier article we told how US Android smartphones accounted for 50.8% of the market at the end of March, while iOS smartphones (iPhone) accounted for a 31.4% share. Windows Phone smartphones only accounted for 4% of the market share. Of course the devices involved in these statistics do not feature the upcoming editions of Windows Phone 8 or iOS 6 but you would have imagined more parity between the amount of current smartphones being used on a platform to the platform that people would choose as their favorite. It’s difficult to know what to make of these results then, other than maybe Phone Arena has a huge leaning towards the Windows Phone platform and its enthusiasts that we’ve never noticed or simply maybe people felt that Windows Phone 8 has so much promise that they voted accordingly. It will certainly be interesting to see the poll repeated once all three of these operating systems, and devices running on them, are being widely used. We’d certainly be interested to hear your thoughts about these poll results. We’ve notice before that our readers are pretty evenly split between Android and iOS with other platforms not creating as much interest, so are there really that many Windows Phone enthusiasts out there? We’re not particularly worried about trying to compare operating systems that are not yet out with ones already being widely used, however we’re certainly intrigued to know your thoughts on present operating platforms so let us have your comments on this. wholesale accessories, ipad accessories, ipod accessories, iphone accessories

iPhone 5 to feature a 4-inch screen, new Dock connector?

What's next for Apple's iPhone line? (Credit: Apple) The iPhone 5 rumors keep coming. Apple's upcoming smartphone will come with a 4-inch screen, due mainly to a thinner, taller body, according to Apple-focused site iLounge, citing an unnamed source. The site's source claims Apple's new iPhone will be 10mm taller than the iPhone 4S, and about 2mm thinner. By keeping the same width and tossing in the display to fit the new form factor, Apple is able to deliver more screen space than what's available on 3.5-inch-equipped iPhones, according to the source. Although the front of the iPhone 5 will look about the same, the back will feature a flat, metal panel stretching from beneath the camera to nearly the bottom. iLounge's sources did not say why the device might come with that additional element. Aside from the metal panel, the device will boast Gorilla Glass 2 technology, according to the site's source. One of the more surprising moves, though, might be iLounge's contention that Apple will launch the iPhone 5 with a new Dock connector featuring fewer pins than the 30-pin option found across its mobile devices today. The new connector is "closer to a pill shape" and will find its way to all future mobile devices the company launches, according to iLounge. Rumors have been surrounding the iPhone 5 for months now. Much of what iLounge claims will be coming to the device has already been cited in previous rumors. And in each case, Apple has stayed tight-lipped, allowing the rumor mill to heat up and speculation to run rampant. So, be sure to take all of this with a healthy heaping of salt until the final product is officially announced. And when might that final product be announced? iLounge says the iPhone 5 is slated for a fall release. wholesale accessories, ipad accessories, iphone accessories, ipod accessories

Which cell phones mall is it for online shopping?

In simple terms, online shopping is to shop the traditional direct "moving" go home, using internet directly required to buy their own goods or services necessary to enjoy themselves. Professional speaking, it is trading the two sides from talks, contract signing and payment of the loan, delivery notice through the whole transaction process, such as Internet, web and shopping interface technology of the B to C mode together with the completion of a new way to shop is the cell phones business an important part. Therefore, it was this as a nation and the world large and unification of the virtual shopping malls. However, in my opinion, this is not a virtual electronic shopping mall, because every step to every detail and even very real, with the traditional mode of shopping only difference is that only less verbal communication and have more single-fill and confirmation process. In general the operating line items can be broadly divided into two forms: one is the cell phones store, that offers an online shopping or online services business through its own website, Internet users directly to the sale of merchandise or provide services; another species are electronic shopping malls, it is composed of many different commodities or services provided by operators focused on a site, the user can buy at the same site by different companies to provide goods or services. In other words, the former case the operator at the same time, web stores are operators, then a case of website operators are more like the role of store operators and consumers intermediary.
Online shopping in today's developed capitalist countries has shown a strong development momentum, which in the promotion of national economic growth can be said is a new force. For example, GFK against Germany in a recent online shopping survey pointed out that in the first half of 2004, Germany's online shopping sales of 5.3 billion euros. GFK expects the full year 2004, the German online shopping sales of as much as 11 billion euros. In comparison, online shopping in China is still a new thing. In a sense, SARS in China has opened up a new era of online shopping. The face of SARS attack, the majority of people trapped in the house, and it does not go on to buy things they need to rely on the network, much to guard against a very strong sense of people also try online shopping. At this point, there is more and more and more people realize that the "online ordering, door-to-door" convenience, there is also more and more and more people are also beginning to accept online shopping. CNNIC, in its release of "Chinese Internet hot spot investigation report" in the show: there is my country at 17.9 percent at six months of Internet users have been online shopping experience, viewed at shopping websites, there are 29.6 percent of the people At six months there have been online shopping experience, online shopping has been experienced by respondents have more than 90% of people will continue to conduct online shopping; 63.7 percent have not experienced Internet users to express the future will try online shopping. These data indicate that China's online shopping market has enormous potential.
