Apple unveiled the iPhone 5 on Wednesday and will begin selling it next week. Here's a look at the key differences and similarities between the iPhone 5 and its closest competitor, Samsung's Galaxy S III, which was released in Europe in May and the U.S. in June. iPhone 5 tech specs: Display: 4-inch (diagonal) with a resolution of 1136 by 640 pixels. Memory capacity: 16, 32 or 64 gigabytes, depending on price. There's no way to expand it with memory cards. Price: Starting at $199, for 16 gigabytes of memory.
