Samsung Galaxy S3 & iPhone 4S: Is iOS or Android ICS Better?

The Samsung Galaxy S3 with Android 4.0 is one of the most pre-ordered handsets of 2012, but how does it match up to competition and in particular the iPhone 4S and iOS? Let’s find out. Samsung Galaxy S3 vs iPhone 4S from an OS point of view The biggest difference to the two handset’s operating systems lies with the app stores. Apple is well known to have a tight rein on their App Store and apps have to be approved by them before making it in. Therefore, if Apple doesn’t like it then it will not get in. On the other hand Google’s Android are more lenient with what appears in their Play store and users can submit just about every kind of app no matter how weird of a niche it may appear to most. Sometimes this means that there is an overall lack of quality in the Play Store taking into account how easy it is to get in. Moving on, iOS is very easy to navigate and you have the benefit of being able to move icons around the screen and even put them into folder groups. There is customization on the lock and the home screens as the wallpaper can be changed easily. Android offers all of this and more. Users are able to put their widgets where they want on the screen and this applies to any service or app. There is even more customization by way of launchers, and icons can be changed thanks to downloadable packs. The interface is beautiful and it is dedicated to the user. So basically, Android is much more customizable than iOS. Lastly we come to the manner by which iOS and Android devices handle updates. For example, you have to give some thought as to where the Samsung Galaxy S3 is in terms of updates, such as the Jelly Bean Android 4.1 and also updates in the future. Samsung are not known to be fast in regards to offering updates. On the other hand, those with iPhones know that they will get the latest updates on their handsets thanks to Apple being behind the wheel. While the Samsung Galaxy S3 is the must have handset at the moment, will it be just as popular when newer models are released through the year? In the case of the iPhone, there is only expected to be one new model every year (iPhone 5 for 2012). Which is the best handset really comes down to personal taste and which operating system you prefer, along with specs and looks. Android gives users more control while iOS is just easier to use. 。 wholesale accessories, iphone accessories, ipad accessories, ipod accessories
