Larger screen, faster processor Not a day goes by without more leaks relating to the Galaxy S3, and now it's the turn of the Samsung GT-i9300 user manual. This document shows marks of a physical button, a possibly curved design and impressive specs. What appears to be a picture extracted from the Galaxy S III service manual, contains interesting details about the insides of the upcoming top-tier mobile phone. Supposedly, the S3 will come pre-loaded with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, various sensors, 1080 recording capabilities and a wide range of connectivity devices. Most important its that the 4.8in Super AMOLED display that the phone may have - is a bit larger than was previous speculated. Also, Samsung officials announced that the handset will be coming with a 1.4GHz quad-core processor from the Exynos line, while the document clearly states 1.5GHz. It may be a surprise bonus, but it may also lead to the possibility that the document is fabricated. Another hint to support the claim is the 8-megapixel camera, which is far less than the 12-megapixel resolution that was previously mentioned. The design of the model was also hinted at, from a simple sketch. The image shows traces of a wide-physical button, as well as two capacitive buttons. This picture can relate to the contour of a leaked model, which was made public earlier today. A slight curve can also be seen from the sketch, one that nicely resembles the Samsung Nexus S, but this could just be our imagination. The phone will be launched this coming Thursday at an invite-only event in London where ITProPortal.com will be reporting via Rob Kerr, our mobile editor.
