The Samsung Galaxy S3 comes with 16GB, 32GB or 64GB of internal storage and this can be boosted by another 64GB with a MicroSD card. The iPhone is thought to be having similar choices of internal storage but will not support SD cards just like all other Apple iOS devices. In terms of features the Samsung Galaxy S3 comes with S Voice, S Beam, Smart Stay and Pop up Play. The iPhone 5 would have Siri 2.0, Universal Remote Control and Face Unlock along with around 200 new features which were announced at WWDC 2012 for iOS 6.
