Samsung Galaxy S3 will arrive a day early in UK

Samsung has announced that some customers will get their hands on the Galaxy S3 a day early. Those who pre-order the Galaxy S III from Samsung's Brand Store at Westfield Stratford City will be able to collect their new smartphone a day before the launch. Simon Stanford, vice president of telecommunications and networks at Samsung UK said: "We’ve had an overwhelming response from our retail partners and customers alike since announcing the Galaxy S III on 3 May." "So we wanted to delight our customers and reward them for pre-ordering by letting them get their hands on the device a day before anyone else. We believe we have created our best smartphone yet, designed specifically with daily human needs in mind, and we are proud to provide our customers with a truly unique mobile user experience." Samsung stressed that online pre-orders will be fulfilled the following day onwards. Not wanting to disappoint, the firm is also giving retail partners a chance to offer a similar early pickup but an hour later at 7pm.
